Cadence Nutrition, Inc. provides nutrition and lifestyle recommendations for the purpose of improving overall health, vitality, and well-being through the use of food, lifestyle behaviors, and non-medicinal nutritional supplements. Cadence Nutrition, Inc. does not diagnose diseases, disorders or conditions, and does not provide medical services or render medical advice, and does not replace professional medical advice. Cadence Nutrition, Inc, along with any insights, recommendations, or other information you may receive or learn from using our service are not intended to aid in diagnose, prevent, treat, resist, and/or overcome any condition, disease or disorder. In providing nutrition recommendations, Cadence Nutrition, Inc. is relying upon the truth, accuracy, and completeness of all information you provide. Any recommendations you follow for changes in diet, including the use of nutritional supplements, are entirely your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadence Nutrition, Inc. is not responsible or liable, either directly or indirectly for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential injuries or damages, including to your health and/or safety, arising from your use of our Service, including from any activities you learn about through our Service, even if caused in whole or part by the action, inaction, or negligence of Cadence Nutrition, Inc or others

It is your responsibility to check the list of suggested foods for potential allergens before handling, preparing, using or consuming. Cadence Nutrition, Inc. accepts no liability for health issues, including from potential allergens, arising from any of the foods or ingredients recommended to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of or access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
